You can see your estimator exactly as families will, without embedding it on your website first. There are two ways to do it.

The live preview beside the editor

Every screen under Estimator has your estimator running down the right-hand side. It’s the real thing, not a mock-up, loading your current pricing, categories, branding and wording. It refreshes every time you save, so the loop is: change something, save, look right. No refreshing, no republishing, no switching tabs. The preview also follows what you’re working on. Open the Caskets category and the preview jumps to Caskets. Click into a wording field and it switches to the screen that text appears on.
Keep an eye on the preview while you set up pricing for the first time. It’s the quickest way to catch a category that reads oddly, a price that looks wrong, or a photo that hasn’t uploaded.

Mobile and desktop

The preview starts in mobile width, because that’s how most families arrive. Use the toggle in the preview header to switch to desktop, and the panel widens to show the full desktop layout.

Hiding it

Click the collapse button in the preview header if you want the full width for editing. It stays hidden until you bring it back, and it remembers your choice. On smaller screens it starts hidden so the editor isn’t cramped.
Clicks in the preview are never counted in your analytics, and nothing you do there affects your reporting. Try things freely.

The full Preview page

For a bigger view, go to Estimator → Preview in the sidebar. This gives you the estimator on its own, away from the editing screens. The Open in new tab button opens it in a full browser window. That’s handy for sharing with a colleague, or checking it without the admin around it.
If you’re on a trial account, the trial watermark appears in both previews. That’s intentional, so you see exactly what families would see before you upgrade to a paid plan.
