Changes apply to new estimates immediately — as soon as you save an update, any new estimate a family builds will use the updated price. Existing shared estimates keep their original pricing, so families who’ve already received a link won’t see unexpected changes when they revisit it.

Completely. Each funeral home’s data is entirely separate from every other account. No one else can see your categories, pricing, enquiries, or analytics. Your information is only accessible to people who log in to your account.

Pricing is shared across all your branches — each branch uses the same service types and options. Where branches differ is in which staff members are shown to families and who receives email notifications for enquiries. If you need significantly different pricing per location, get in touch and we can discuss your options.

You’ll receive an email notification straight away with the family’s name, contact details, and a full breakdown of everything they selected in their estimate. The enquiry also appears in your dashboard under Recent Enquiries, where you can review it any time.

Yes. Both enquiries and estimations can be exported as CSV files from their respective pages in the dashboard. This makes it straightforward to pull data into a spreadsheet, share it with your team, or keep records for your own purposes.

No. The estimate is always fully visible — no registration, no form, no gate. Leaving contact details is entirely optional, and the prompt to do so only appears after a family has already seen their full estimate. Pricing is never withheld.
