How families experience your estimator
When a family visits your estimator, here’s what they go through:- Greeting screen — They’re welcomed by your team and asked a few simple questions, including how many people are likely to attend. This personalises the experience from the start.
- Choose a service type — They select the type of service they’re planning, such as a cremation or burial. Each service type can have its own set of options.
- Browse categories and make selections — They work through each section of your pricing — professional services, coffins, venues, catering, and so on — choosing the options that fit their needs.
- See their estimate — A running total is visible throughout, and the final estimate screen shows a full breakdown of everything they’ve selected.
- Optionally leave their details — If they’d like to hear from you, they can submit their name and contact information. This is always optional — families are never required to give personal details to see your pricing.
